Terms & Conditions:

The above offer is subject to RBI/GOI Regulations and Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).
Final ROE (As per xe.com + 1.00 INR) will be calculated at the time of final payment . The costing for this query has been done as per today’s ROE.
The above offer is subject to change without prior notice & Subject to confirmation.
Any Hike in hotel rates, Airfare, Airport Tax or Fuel will attract a Surcharge to be paid prior the departure date.
Once Hotel Booking is reconfirmed there is no refund / Cancellation.
PACKAGE PAYMENT MODE ONLY BY Cash or Draft (NO Cheques).
No Change / No refund in package if flight delays due to any reason.
The above airfare is valid for a minimum of two people traveling together.
We advise to check your hotel by yourself on website or any other way as we don’t have any control and liability about hotel facilities and services
Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 12noon. Early check-in/ late check out are subject to availability.
The pax to verify the time from the Hotel or Guide as regards meal/sightseeing timing & strictly adhere to same to avoid the privilege.
The pax to report to lobby for transfer, city tour strictly at the designated time. In case of delay, the same will be missed and we shall bear no responsible to the same and no refund on account the same will be entertained.
Please check your passport and visa validity, our company has no responsibility for same.
If visa done through us then you will have to provide all necessary document and it is embassy decision to approve your visa and in case of visa rejection / Delay our company has no responsibility and cancellation charges will apply.
In case of any Flight Cancellation before Departure/After Departure same Cancellation policy apply for Hotel and Land Part and Refund of Flight Part will depend upon receipt of refund from Airline & “HECT India Conferences And Events Private Limited” does not have and liability for the Same.

NEED 50% ADVANCE PER PERSON FOR THE FURTHER PROCESSING OF THE BOOKING.

Any VISA on Arrival Fee if applicable
VISA fee if it is not mention in inclusion
Lunches & Dinners until and unless mentioned in the quotation.
Peak Season Surcharge ,or any gala Dinner cost – If applicable.
Any items of personal nature like telephone, beverages, laundry etc. which are not mentioned above are not included in the services.
Any other services that is not shown in the inclusion above.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation for air tickets depends upon individual airlines.
Non refundable hotel bookings and airline bookings will not be refunded
Before 30 Days 25% of package cost.
30- 16 days: 50% of the total cost.
15 – 8 days: 75% of the total cost.
8 – 0 days: 100% cancellation will apply.
VISA Fee is not refunded by the Embassy’s in any case.
VISA Fee & Service charges are non refundable.
No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
Dubai Tourism Fee has to be paid by the guest directly at the hotel.
Star Cruises or any other Cruise will impose a gratuity fee on every passenger on person per night basis on the Guests of all cabin categories
All hotel taxes/City Tax (if applicable depending upon the city or country) has to paid directly to the hotel
Overseas Insurance Policy after issuance is non refundable.
The above policy will change in case of Hong Kong , Genting Highlands, Maldives and some other destinations and if nonrefundable tickets where 100% cancellation shall be applicable after confirmation.
In case of VISA rejection / delay same cancellation policy apply.

PAYMENTS

All payments will be accepted by Payee Account Cheques/Pay Orders/D.D only. Only under special circumstances Cash will be accepted & that too only in the office against official receipt only. Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our office for encashment since no documents would be delivered till the cheques are en-cashed. This would save you from inconvenience of making payments by Pay Order/ D.D. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs 500/-.
